We hosted 1 event at our school with a total attendance of people. As a full team, we took 1 trip to the Girls Build Leadership Summit together . During the initial stage of our project, we surveyed the students at our school via Google Forms regarding how often they feel stressed, how they deal with their stress, and why they feel stress. Out of the 320 girls at our school, we received 173 responses. We collaborated with our school's (G.A.L.A) student government, as well as our principal, to plan our event. During our Zen Fair, we asked students if they'd ever use at least 1 of the techniques taught to relieve their stress. More than 90% of the surveyed students wrote that they would. Back in March on St. Patrick's day, when we released our "Celebrate with A Smile: 3 Tips to Reduce Stress" poster on social media, Ann I. wrote to us,
"Thank you Zen Ten. I was at the doctor's today and felt how I was getting stressed while waiting for results. I remembered your tip about Timed Breathing. Definitely helped."
